Someone opens a different title

Small things that keep a movie night together, so nobody has to ask what minute you're on.
Press Start together on the pill. WatchSync checks everyone is ready, counts down 3, 2, 1, and every player starts at the same moment.
Your screen says "Getting ready to start together · waiting for Maya" until she's there, then "Starting together in 3".

When the room moves on, everyone moves on. On Prime Video you pick the next episode in the player yourself.
Players drift a little over a long film. WatchSync nudges yours back without a sound. If you fall far behind, one press of Sync brings you back.
Rewind a scene you missed or skip ahead alone. The room carries on, and Sync puts you back where everyone is.
It shows who's here and who's in sync, sits in a corner of the player, and fades out with the player's own controls.
WatchSync reconnects on its own and puts you back in your room. If you restart Chrome, you rejoin where you were.
What WatchSync can see
WatchSync only sees whether the video is playing, where it is, and what's on. It doesn't read your passwords or payments, and it can't open other sites: it only runs on Netflix, Prime Video and JioHotstar pages.
WatchSync isn't on the Chrome Web Store yet, so you load it yourself, and Chrome calls that Developer mode. Chrome then shows a banner about developer-mode extensions. That's expected.
Downloads come from our public GitHub, where you can read every line of the code.
